Critical Mention Releases Industry-First Broadcast Features to Media Contact Database

NEW YORK Critical Mention —  the leading all-in-one earned media monitoring and intelligence platform — has released a set of industry-first features and data to its Media Contact Database. The new release adds “Cast & Crew” data to TV mentions, a first among earned media and media intelligence providers. In addition to displaying this data to customers, “Cast & Crew” personnel are also now linked directly to their profile page in the Media Contact Database. 

Critical Mention’s Media Monitoring also now links TV channels, TV programs, radio stations, radio programs, and podcast shows directly to their respective Outlet pages in the Media Contact Database. Together, these connected features provide an even more powerful all-in-one platform to customers.

This latest release from Critical Mention comes on the heels of a number of other significant feature adds, including a Google Analytics integration and Podcast Monitoring. As the company scales rapidly and continues to grow, customers are finding that the native, connected features built internally rather than through third-party connections, provide a more seamless user experience than other platforms in the industry can provide.
