Eat better, exercise more, and overall, be healthier. As popular New Year’s resolutions, those statements may sound familiar. These are not easy tasks, and some of you may have already given up. So, we’ve created a list of the top health experts in the media to motivate you to reach your goals. Don’t be intimidated—you can read our list while sitting. (We’ll count scrolling as exercise.)

 1.       Andrea Metcalf
