in the first half of the year, and, frankly, the health care, we will probably start now and, we will not finish it until the end of next year. neil: thank you. the national dash for cash. one man does not want it, not even one penny of it, and he says washington would be wise to tell him to stick it. he says he is not the only ones singing that tune. so, basically, you are telling folks in your state, "do not take it." what are they saying? >> i am not telling folks in my state that. they are telling me this. thinking it was morally acceptable to be posted to the stimulus package but still accepting money -- i opened up the telephones, and the slater audience told me otherwise based off of principle and not only that, but the passion that they live their life with, they live their lives with everyday, which narrowed it down to three reasons, neil. principal, prudence, and purpose. i want to hit on the first one. i also want to say something about that congressman. he has lost his mind. it is stealing. it is therft. they have to be their taxes, borrow, or print it -- it is theft. our founding fathers said this was evil. neil: whether you printed or make it up, they have got it. they have done it. -- whether you print it or make it up. "look. you have this pile of money sitting here. we do not care if you are philosophically opposed to it. it is money for the state, and we need it." is anybody feeling that way? >> i think tennessee is receiving $4 billion in a couple of years, which is great. redskin is free money. your number one, great. year number two, fantastic -- alexis glick it is free money. let's say we hire 100 new teachers -- >> said it is free money. who is going to pay for them the third year. -- let's say it is free money. neil: the apron strings, calling on the government? >> who is going to be the politician that is going to said that they are going to come in and fire these teachers or police officers? it would be cheaper, we would be saving money, if they rejected the stimulus right now. we'll go very good having you on. >> meal, it is a pleasure, sir.
