pay your taxes. pay your taxes. pay your taxes. do you pay your taxes, i do? ? ? >> judge napolitano: united states uncut. the anti-capitalist protest organization gaining momentum as the arch enemy of the tea party movemen the tea party is about small government and less spending. this movement is about intimidation and the end of american capitalism as we know it. joining me now is kyle olson from education action group. and amy kraemer is chair of the tea party express. amy, how are you goingo keep these people at bay? how are you going to keep them from trying to co-op the message? some of them even call themselves tea partyers, don't they? >> well, look, you know, i agree. you know, on bailing out the banks. that's what they are upset about, all the money going to the banks in the big corporations. what the whole premise is based upon is they are assuming that the money belongs to the government. judge, you know and i know this money doesn't belong to the government. it belongs to the individual. and the corporations that made the money. all they want to do is take this money and redistribute the wealth and that is socialism. that is no peacock -- that is no tea party message. we won't stand for it. >> judge napolitano: maybe they take the marching orders from michael moore, a wealthy person himself, claims the wealth of the wealthy people belongs to the american public at large. so they do hate capitalism. it's a form of socialism or even marxism. this stuff has been rampant in europe for years. is it coming here now? are more boards of directors or sharapova meetings going to be disrupted by the crazies that we just saw on the screen? >> i think so. this is the new acorn. you played the clip earlier of michael moore with the handcuffs. that is what they want. they're not about more freedom, less regulation, less taxes. they're more about higher taxes, more regulation. intimidation tactics. if you want to see a progressive tea party which i think is an oxymoron, if you want to see that, look at madison. people climbing through windows. there is interimdation going on. death threats. that is what you are going to see. michael moore will be the head of that. >> judge napolitano: amy, we only have a minute left. what is coming in the culture wars? more in your face government or more small government for which we hope and pray? >> when they go to lobby the senators and congressman, they want more, more, more. we in the tea party movement wants less, less, less. less government, and less regulation. we want to tone it down. get this government under control. and have the freedoms and libertys we've all enjoyed for over 200 years as americans. that is important to us. >> judge napolitano: got it. kyle olson, camemy kraemer, thank you for joining us. we'll be back with my final thoughts on the government and
