PR Pros: Jumpstart Social Media Programs by Just Listening

Mark Evans, principal of ME Consulting, stopped by the Critical Mention booth here at PRSA International just before his presentation on “Your Social Brand.” For all the public relations pros out there, Evans had simple advice for getting deeper into the social media game: start listening. As more and more listening occurs, PR agencies then need to turn insights about the Likes and Tweets into action by putting some thought behind engagement tactics that would work best for each of the brands they represent.
