TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
The CriticalTV real-time broadcast monitoring service (the "Service"), provided by Critical Mention, Inc. ("CMI") , allows you to view data, including digitized broadcast television clips (the "Data") provided via the Service, in each case according to the Terms and Conditions specified herein.
You agree to use Data for private, research, educational and non-commercial use only. You shall not edit, alter, copy, license, sell, resell, transfer, create derivative works from, make available, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise redistribute the Data, the Service or CMI’s technology. You shall not broadcast, televise, exhibit, transmit, distribute, perform, display, telecommunicate, e-mail or otherwise communicate or make available any part of the Data by any means or medium whatsoever except that you may circulate the Data within your organization and affiliated entities via hard copy, digital copy or link distribution through e-mail, as permitted in the Service. Any rebroadcast, redistribution, downloading, or storage of Data outside of the functions provided by the Service is strictly prohibited. You agree to use reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized copying or distribution of the Service, the Data or CMI’s technology. CMI retains all rights, title and interest in CMI’s technology.
