Good Day Philadelphia pro soccer is on the rise in the u.s., and soon right here in philadelphia. at a press conference today major league soccer commissioner don garber expected to announce a new soccer stadium to be built along the delaware river chester and to play in that new 18,000 seat stadium, a new expansion team for the philadelphia region. that would bring the league to a 16 teams, the unnamed team would begin playing in 2010. soccer, so popular, especially with the little ones running around playing the game. a lot of people in chester who are crossing their fingers and really excited right now. |
